Join us September 10–11, 2026 at the David Brower Center in Berkeley, CA.

This workshop brings together Zeek developers, core contributors, and practitioners from across the community for two days of technical talks, hands-on training, and conversation about how Zeek works in the real world.

This is for you if you:

• Run Zeek in production and want to sharpen what you’re doing
• Work in incident response, threat hunting, or network security monitoring
• Are newer to Zeek and want structured training from the people who build it

We’ll have developers, maintainers, and practitioners in the same room. Go ahead and ask the questions you can’t get answered in a GitHub issue.

Program

A two-day event featuring presentations and training led by the Zeek team and community members.

Day 1 (9am–5pm): Technical presentations from Zeek developers and community members covering real deployments, use cases, and what’s coming next. The day wraps up with an evening reception at Cornerstone Craft Beer & Live Music — where the best conversations usually happen.

Day 2 (9am–3pm): A hands-on training session led by Zeek experts. Bring your laptop and leave with skills you can use the following Monday.
